Accounting Manager

Accounting ManagerRobert Half is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in the Greater Sacramento Area. You will lead month- and year-end close processes, manage general ledger activities, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledgerPrepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standardsLead month- and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliationsCollaborate with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planningIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operationsEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
