Accounting ManagerLaSalle Network is partnered with a family owned services company in Rolling Meadows to place an Accounting Manager who will report directly to the CFO, lead two direct reports, and take full ownership of the accounting function including a hand in contract and pricing strategy.
Compensation: Budgeted base salary is between $115,000-$125,000 base, eligibility to earn discretionary bonus. Full benefits are included: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.Responsibilities:Full cycle close and management reportingBudget development and variance analysis with department headsFinancial forecasting and resource planning supportAP and AR oversight including vendor and client relationship managementGeneral ledger integrity, bank reconciliations, and audit coordinationContract and pricing strategy support for the executive teamLeadership and development of two direct reportsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred5 or more years in public accounting or finance with at least 2 years of busy season experienceStrong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting backgroundExperience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software; Excel proficiency requiredServices industry background a plusStrong communicator who can translate financials for non-finance stakeholdersLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
