Leading day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time Remote Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, manage month-end close processes, and supervise an Accounting Coordinator while ensuring compliance and optimizing workflows in a multi-state mental health practice. Key Responsibilities Manage cash flow, banking activity, and month-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP Oversee accounts payable, payroll, and provider compensation while ensuring accurate financial reporting Partner with executive leadership for departmental budgeting and variance analysis, developing financial reporting dashboards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on operational accounting and financial stewardship Experience in healthcare or multi-site clinical operations preferred Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel CPA, CMA, or active pursuit of certification is preferred
