Managing various accounting functions, the full-time California Licensed Financial Accounting Manager will oversee ledger maintenance, audits, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting in a remote capacity while leading a team of accounting professionals. Key responsibilities Manage timely and efficient month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Oversee the integrity of accounting records and ensure compliance with organizational policies Evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline accounting processes and software Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience, including statutory accounting 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is desirable
