About the Position

• Lead fund accounting operations for a portfolio of Business Development Companies (BDCs) and private credit vehicles
• Own the full accounting lifecycle including NAV oversight, financial reporting, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support portfolio valuation processes across senior secured loans, unitranche, mezzanine, and other private credit investments
• Ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 ('40 Act') and BDC reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, valuation providers, custodians, and tax advisors
• Oversee credit facility compliance, covenant monitoring, and borrowing base calculations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals
• Partner with Investor Relations, Operations, and Investment teams on capital activity and reporting deliverables
• Drive process improvements and scalability initiatives across accounting operations

Ideal Background
