Responsibilities
- Hands-on accounting/finance role assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-End Close, Financial Analysis, etc.
- Heavy account reconciliations
- Create and deliver financial reports to company leadership
- Communicate in Spanish with overseas vendors, clients, partners
- Assist Controller and VP of Finance with P&L Analysis
- Assist in managing 3 to 4 direct reports within Accounting Dept.
Requirements
- BA in Accounting or Finance.
- Masters Degree preferred
- 5 to 10+ years accounting experience performing full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, Account Reconciliations, Year-End Close, Financial Statement prep, etc.)
- Advanced Excel experience (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work 100% In-Office (Coral Gables) 5 days/week
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Well-versed in GAAP
