They have been acquiring new properties over the last several years and have more than 80+ properties.This is a great opportunity for a Senior Property Accountant looking to take on a managerial role.The Controller is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant who is ready to make an immediate impact—and grow within the company long term.As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).These clients are located in NYC/Midtown.Compensation is based on experience:Manager of Property Accounting between $115k - $140k base + discretionary bonusWho are you?MUST have property accounting experience, with a portfolio focusing on CommercialExperience with CAMSExperience with MRI is preferred will look at Yardi experienceA minimum of a BA/BS in accounting from a top accredited school5+ years of experience.Exceptional communications skills are required.
