Accounting Manager

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + 10% Annual Bonus + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead and oversee daily accounting and accounts payable operations
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Supervise, mentor, and develop an 8-person accounting team
• Review financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Support audits, tax compliance, and internal control initiatives
• Drive process improvements and optimize accounting workflows through ERP systems and best practices

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
• Distribution or wholesale industry experience strongly preferred
• ERP experience required; JD Edwards experience is a plus
