Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)

Large Manufacturing company is currently seeking a Accounting Manager for their facility in central NE
*** Candidates must have experience in financial accounting in a large manufacturing or distribution environment ***

Details ~

• Responsible for the monthly close processes; supervise the completion and reviews all journal entries, account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure timely and accurate divisional reporting and completes required reporting and variance analyses.

• Optimizes and leverages Balance Sheet (AR, AP, Inventory)
• Ensure all costs and other accounting systems meet corporate guidelines

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team; set clear goals and performance metrics.

Requirements ~

• BS/BA degree in Accounting (or related) is required
• Master's degree preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
