LHH is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company to recruit an Accounting Manager. This opportunity offers hybrid flexibility of 0-3 days in the office a week, depending on special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results
- Oversee AP and AR functions, including managing staff and driving process improvements
- Support internal and external audit requests as needed
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and monitor cash flow reporting
- Assist with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- SAP experience highly preferred
