Compensation : $110,000 - $140,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
• Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls across accounting functions
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Review and approve accounting and HR-related transactions and documentation
• Support budgeting, reporting, and special financial projects
• Partner with leadership to improve financial and operational performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
