Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
Responsibilities:

• Directs and coordinates the activities of the Corporate Accounts Payable Team
• Responsible for hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and terminations of the staff
• Assures that the duties and responsibilities of each job are clearly defined, effective and communicated to the staff
• Prepares Payroll related accounting entries and reconciliations
• Assists in development of annual budgets
• Maintains and monitors the fixed asset depreciation system
• Communicates and presents information to management, clients, and employees of the organization

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience and/or training with five years' previous experience as a manager
