I’m partnering with a growing, financially backed construction organization in Fort Lauderdale looking to add an experienced Accounting Manager to its leadership team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone currently with a commercial, specialty, civil, infrastructure, or large-scale construction company who wants broader ownership, direct visibility to leadership, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
The opportunity:
• $130K–$140K base
• 20% annual bonus opportunity
• $600/month vehicle allowance + fuel card
• Relocation assistance available
• Lead and develop a team of 4
• High visibility to finance and executive leadership
• Growing organization operating on large-scale construction projects
The ideal candidate will bring strong construction accounting experience, particularly around WIP, percentage-of-completion, job costing, month-end close, project financials, and team leadership.
Experience with AIA billing, subcontractor accounting, Procore, Sage 300, or another construction ERP is highly valued.
This role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale , and we are very open to candidates interested in relocating to South Florida. xzgxqkn
