Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Evergreen Park, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $130,000 - $135,000 base salary plus 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Maintain general ledger
- Lead the annual external audit process
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Support inventory, fixed asset, accrual, and other accounting activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in public accounting (audit preferred)
- CPA preferred.
- SAP or ERP experience preferred.
