What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance guidance.
• Oversee key aspects of the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial information and reporting processes.
• Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors throughout annual audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies across the accounting function.
• Support system enhancements, ERP optimization initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
• Participate in special projects, business analyses, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and/or SOX-controlled environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with large ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex accounting matters to various stakeholders.
