Job Overview
This role is across non-profit and real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong background managing accounting staff, overseeing the audit, and experience working in both non-profit and real estate industries.
Base Pay Range
$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
- Own month-end-close process.
- Own the audit process.
- Supervise a staff of 4 accounting team members.
- Financial Statement preparation.
- Continuously support process improvement initiatives.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience managing accounting team members.
- Experience in both real estate and non-profit industries.
- Experience owning the audit function.
- Yardi experience is a nice to have.
