Title : Corporate Accounting Manager
Compensation : $100K - $150K base salary; Discretionary Bonus +full benefits package (PTO, M/D/V/401k, 100% Company-Paid Medical Option)
Location : NW Suburbs - Hybrid (3-days onsite, 2 days WFH)

A privately-held company is hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and support strategic decision-making in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and sits on a lean accounting team with full exposure to daily operations, cash flow management, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of corporate financial transactions
- Monitor, compile, and analyze detailed cash flow reports; forecast future cash requirements and advise on cash management strategies
- Produce accurate financial reports essential for strategic planning and leadership decision-making
- Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in alignment with legal standards and company policy
- Review accounting data and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise and direct accounting staff, providing guidance and leadership to the team
- Maintain treasury management relationships; administer banking activity and ensure compliance with banking requirements
- Manage personal accounting activities for one family member, including bill pay, account reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting management or senior-level accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or xhqgsiq related field
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills
- History of process innovation focused on efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience with real estate accounting software or similar systems
- CPA or MBA credential
