Accounting Manager

Salary: $110,000-$135,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead the monthly revenue close process and ensure accurate revenue reporting
• Oversee billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses
• Analyze revenue trends, variances, risks, and business drivers
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and internal control initiatives
• Mentor, develop, and lead a team of accounting professionals

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of accounting or revenue accounting experience within financial services
• Prior leadership or people management experience
