Target Compensation for the Accounting Manager:
$115,000 - $145,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities
  • Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and support team members as needed
  • Partner with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Support ERP system utilization and reporting enhancements

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong experience in month-end close and corporate accounting
  • Prior accounting leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role
  • ERP system experience preferred; CPA is a plus
