Accounting Department ManagerOversees the Accounting Department and leads financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial information and compliance. Manages accounting staff, month-end close processes, tax filings, policies, and cross-functional accounting support while driving process improvements and team development. Recruits and hires accounting staff and conducts performance evaluations.
