Ascendo Resources is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the daily operations of our clients accounting department. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Base Pay Range
$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage month‑end/year‑end close processes
- Oversee AP/AR, cash receipts, forecasting, and general ledger
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports
- Ensure policy compliance and support audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead and support accounting team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft CRM a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
