Responsibilities
* Lead the month-end close process, including financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
* Manage and develop the accounting team through coaching, workload planning, and performance oversight.
* Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and internal controls.
* Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and reporting enhancements across accounting operations.
* Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, KPI reporting, and support SEC reporting requirements.
Requirements
* 5+ years of Top 10 Accounting Firm and Large Public Company Experience (Required)
* CPA or progress toward CPA (Required)
* Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Required)
