  A Typical Day in the Life:

As an accounting intern, you will work alongside Honkamp team members by applying the skills learned in the classroom to real-world, business-impacting projects.

Responsibilities may include:

  Processing monthly accounts

  n

• n

  Preparing bank reconciliations

  n
n
• n

  Prepare state sales and use tax

  n
n
• n

  Prepare annual 1099 and 1096

  n
n
• n

  Maintaining client depreciation schedules

  n
n
• n

  Handle all administrative tasks, as assigned

  n
n

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in accounting.
