We believe in internal and external customer service, a work/life balance, and having fun together!The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and accounting support to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of financial information while maintaining the integrity of company records and supporting departmental operations. The incumbent should have the aptitude to work independently, efficiently and effectively in a professional environment to balance priorities with routine and non-routine projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the talent to facilitate cross-functional coordination and possess excellent judgement.Essential Functions:Set up customers and shipping locationsEntry of AP invoices into accounting systemReconcile credit card charges for the periodReconcile received goods to APAssist in the collection of service costs and hours for billingPrepare and post journal entriesPrepare reports detailing monthly expenses by cost centerOther duties as assignedPlease note this position is located on-site in Maysville, OK.Requirements:High School DiplomaMinimum 3 years or equivalent work related experience supporting an Accounting DeptMust be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to navigate the internetEligibility Requirements:Ability and willingness to work a regular schedule M-F 8a-5pAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business conceptsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to effectively present information and respond to questionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily.
