We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.Accounting Clerk PositionOur Accounting Clerk will assist our accounting department with daily, full-cycle accounting responsibilities. You will take ownership of your assigned accounting responsibilities while offering suggestions for process improvement.
Our Accounting Team members work closely together so a Team Player mentality is a must!Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities will focus on accounts payable processing.Responsible for cash and bank reconciliationsHandle the full cycle accounting for several entitiesReconcile credit card statement for assigned entitiesPrepare multi-state sales tax reportsAssist with processing payroll as neededProcess inter-company billingsResponsible for General Ledger reconciliation and analysis for assigned entitiesComplete special accounting projects as needed and assigned by Accounting ManagerAccounting Clerk Requirements:Hands on AP experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting1+ years general accounting experience.Experience with processing sales tax reports.Expert level excelProficient in Microsoft Office productsAbility to work in fast paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and analytical abilitiesAbility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work well in a collaborative environment
