We are seeking Accounting Clerk for a temp to hire position for a well-established event company.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:
- Will be responsible for handling the AP duties, including matching invoice and processing the payments
- Will be responsible for handling the AR duties, including invoice/billing and light collection calls
- Responsible for processing payroll for 10 EE in ADP
- Handle the vendor management, including any research and discrepancies
- Handle the check runs and reconciliations
Key Requirements for the Accounting Clerk
- 3+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with processing payroll
- QuickBooks is preferred, but will train
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work well independently and has strong accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
