What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Generate customer invoices and support accounts receivable activities
- Post cash receipts and maintain accurate records
- Assist with billing, reconciliations, and transactional accounting functions
- Support month-end accounting processes as needed
- Work closely with the Controller and accounting team on various projects
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- 2+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Stable work history and desire for a long-term opportunity
- Ability to commute comfortably to Holland, MI on a daily basis
