We are seeking an experienced, dependable in-house Bookkeeper/Accountant with an IT Focus to manage our day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate, timely financial records.
The ideal candidate also has an IT background (CRM software) and is comfortable learning new technology, proficient with Android smartphones , and able to troubleshoot common technology issues. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain appropriate workplace boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Prepare and send customer invoices
* Record customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
* Review vendor invoices and prepare payments
* Reconcile
