The Billing Clerk processes billing of all new and used vehicle deals, verifying all policies, money down, trade information and necessary paperwork. Routes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office.Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):Perform basic and routine accounting functionsSubmit and cancel all-over-the counter, submit aftermarket/extended warranty productsProcess extended warranty cancellations.Maintain and reconcile schedulesHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedComplete specific tasks assigned by managerAssist in processing car dealsIssue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutionsReviewing deal paperwork for complianceCoordinates changes to recaps with FIBill out dealer tradesBill out wholesaleOther special projects or duties requested by Controller, General Manager, or Officers of the Company.Job Requirements:At least 2 years' experience working in a busy office environment requiredAutomotive accounting or Reynolds experience preferredStrong attention to detail & Effective communicatorTeam-oriented and comfortable in an open officeUnderstand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.Benefits:Extensive training and support401KAll medical, dental benefits, vacation pay
