Accounting Automation Manager

To support the Group's ERP implementation and ongoing business transformation, the remote Accounting Methodology & Automation Manager will manage the development of accounting methodologies, design automation processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure efficient accounting practices. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain accounting methodology for various business models and transactions across the Group Design accounting rules and define data requirements for automating accounting processes in ERP and 1C Translate business scenarios and process changes into accounting requirements and technical specifications for stakeholders Required qualifications A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in accounting methodology or process automation Solid knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15, focusing on revenue recognition Practical experience with ERP systems or 1C, including understanding accounting logic and document flows Experience translating business requirements into accounting methodology and technical specifications
