Accounting Associate Torrance, CA (Urgent Hire!)
We’re urgently hiring an Accounting Associate in Torrance, CA! If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to grow your accounting career, this is your chance to join a dynamic and supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Handle accounts payable/receivable and general accounting tasks
Verify invoices, issue payments, and reconcile accounts
Record eCommerce transactions (Amazon, etc.) and maintain inventory counts
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
1 2 years of accounting experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of GAAP
Detail-driven, organized, and a strong communicator
Japanese/English bilingual a plus (not required)
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: Up to $55,000 (open to $60,000 for strong candidates)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
No overtime required
