This is a newly created position due to continued growth of the firm; it is expected that a successful candidate will be able to expand his/her responsibilities over time.Interpret fund agreements in order to determine impact on financial reporting and partner capital accounting requirementsPrepare fund level financial statements including balance sheet, schedule of investments, income statement, statement of changes in partners' capital and cash flowsPrepare required footnotes to financial statementsPrepare investor-level capital account statementsPrepare management fee computationsPreparation of capital calls and distributions, including fund waterfall calculationRespond to limited partner inquires and additional ad-hoc requestsPrepare required deliverables for year-end financial statement auditsPerform quarterly closing, including quarter-end journal entries
