Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Set up and maintain new vendor accounts
- Enter and process vendor invoices
- Prepare and process payments
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payment processing
- Manage vendor communications and relationships
- Maintain and update item pricing
- Place purchase orders with vendors
- Review order acknowledgements and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Purchasing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
