The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting functions and supports daily operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries in a timely and accurate mannerPerform monthly bank and account reconciliationsAssist in the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statementsConduct financial analysis to support business decision-makingProvide support during internal and external auditsAssist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysisPerform profitability analysis and identify cost-saving opportunitiesHandle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivableMaintain accurate financial records and documentationOther duties may be assigned as needed.Qualifications & SkillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAPExperience with accounting systems such as SAP and QuickBooksAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyBusiness-level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) PlanCompany Holidays + Birthday HolidayPaid Vacation & Sick LeaveEmployee DiscountsLocation: Irvine, California (On-site Only)Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)Salary: $55,000~66,000 annually, depending on experience
