Job Responsibilities
- Process and organize approximately 400 invoices through customer portals.
- Track invoice aging and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare month-end expense reports.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing.
- Support collection efforts as part of a collaborative team.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy while managing multiple detail-oriented tasks.
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager during the training period and gradually take ownership of daily responsibilities.
- Communicate with dispatch, office staff, and field technicians to assist with accounting-related processes.
- Strong basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of personalities in a blue-collar work environment.
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Sage.
- Experience with Workbooks software.
- Monday-Friday
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling available as long as a consistent 8-hour workday is completed.
