Job Description:
- Analyzes, develops, maintains, and reports a department's budget and strategic plan.
- Researches budget and financial matters; develops budget and staffing projections.
- Works closely with the Budget Office to prepare and submit the department’s annual budget, forecast staffing, costs, etc.
- Analyzes department budget expenditures.
- Monitors the department's budget performance, including projection analysis, position control analysis, and board agenda item review.
- Two (2) years of professional experience in accounting or finance, or 6 years of professional experience if candidate doesn't hold degree.
- Postgraduate degrees or professional level-related experience may substitute for the education or experience on a year-for-year basis.
