Job Description:

• Analyzes, develops, maintains, and reports a department's budget and strategic plan.
• Researches budget and financial matters; develops budget and staffing projections.
• Works closely with the Budget Office to prepare and submit the department’s annual budget, forecast staffing, costs, etc.
• Analyzes department budget expenditures.
• Monitors the department's budget performance, including projection analysis, position control analysis, and board agenda item review.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in accounting or finance, or 6 years of professional experience if candidate doesn't hold degree.
• Postgraduate degrees or professional level-related experience may substitute for the education or experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field. Postgraduate degrees or professional level-related experience may substitute for the education or experience on a year-for-year basis.
