The role focuses on invoice coding, accruals, vendor relations, and journal entries. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Accurately code and process invoices and submit to Accounts PayablePrepare month-end accrual entries and post journal entriesReconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain recurring payment logsPartner with FP&A and internal teams to ensure proper coding, approvals, and accounting treatmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in AccountingStrong understanding of General Accounting Principles and the AP functionProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including Sumifs, pivot tables and vlookups
