Accounting Advisory Manager

Skills Needed

• 4-5+ years of accounting, audit, or finance experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Day to Day

In this role, you’ll work directly with Fortune 1000 companies, large corporations, and fast-growing private equity-backed businesses on high-impact financial and accounting initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries, business models, and strategic projects while helping clients navigate some of their most important financial decisions.

Key Areas of Work

• Complex accounting matters, financial reporting, GAAP/FASB, and reporting process improvements
• Evaluating and improving accounting and finance processes, controls, systems, and workflows
• Financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and management reporting
• Supporting acquisitions, transaction analysis, financial diligence, and integration planning
• Preparing companies for public markets, including reporting, controls, processes, and finance infrastructure
• Supporting businesses through complex divestitures, separations, and standalone finance operations
• Partnering xhqgsiq with high-growth companies and private equity sponsors through periods of significant growth and transformation
