Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to independently manage accounting processes, analyze complex issues, and support process improvements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting processes, projects, and daily deliverables.
• Analyze financial and operational issues and identify effective solutions.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Monitor workflows, identify risks, and ensure accurate and timely results.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting/finance operations or transaction processing.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes.
• Experience with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration preferred.
