Accountant

Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to support accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on manufacturing accounting experience and be an expert user of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage month-end and year-end close activities

  n

• n

  Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entries

  n
n
• n

  Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, variances, and financial data

  n
n
• n

  Partner with operations and finance teams to support plant performance

  n
n
• n

  Identify and implement process improvements

  n
n
• n

  Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and controls

  n
n

Requirements:

• n

  4+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment - required

  n
n
• n

  Expert-level SAP experience - required

  n
n
• n

  Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and inventory

  n
n
• n

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  n
n
• n

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  n
