Accountant PositionIntegra, a Westwood strategic alliance company, is seeking a high-performing accountant to support our growing Puerto Rico operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with public accounting experience who is ready to move into a dynamic, operationally focused role with real influence on how the business runs. The position offers meaningful exposure to both corporate and operational accounting, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact as Integra continues to grow.In this position, you'll work closely with operational and finance leaders across Puerto Rico and corporate to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting while helping strengthen the processes and controls that support our continued growth. You'll get hands-on exposure to multi-entity accounting, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and cross-border reporting — all while translating technical accounting concepts into practical guidance business leaders can act on.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAPSupport the close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisPartner with operational and finance leaders in Puerto Rico to ensure accurate financial and tax reporting aligned with corporate standardsAssist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentationEvaluate and enhance internal controls and accounting processes to improve efficiency and complianceResearch and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to complex or non-routine transactionsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities as neededContribute to integration, system improvement, and process standardization initiativesPerform revenue accounting activities, including revenue recognition and compliance with applicable accounting standardsAnalyze project costs, margins, and profitability, providing insights and recommendations to operational leadersManage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including revenue, loans, cash movements, and currency translation activitiesSupport multi-entity accounting operations and ensure accurate consolidation of financial resultsAssist with cross-border accounting and financial reporting matters related to Puerto Rico operationsRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA required4–5 years of experience with a public accounting firmStrong technical accounting knowledge, particularly U.S.
