The ideal candidate will compile financial data, prepare journal entries, and support organization-wide financial reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Tax, and Reconciliation analyses.Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.Assist in preparing annual comprehensive financial reports and quarterly interest allocations.Perform audit functions and review internal reports for accuracy.Maintain and update financial records in ACCESS databases and Excel spreadsheets.Collaborate on process improvements and written procedure documentation.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of accounting experience, including: General ledger management and month-end close.Auditing and financial reconciliation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, ACCESS).Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Education RequirementsBachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration (Accountancy concentration).Or refer someone
