Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Co-Founder | Network Engineering & Digital Transformation Expert

This is a REMOTE role on the EAST COAST (Eastern Timezone Only)

My client are a fast growing technology solutions company who are looking to bring in a tech-savvy accountant who combines strong traditional accounting skills with a passion for technology, automation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the rollout of a new expense management platform
• Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support multi-state tax compliance
• Collaborate with IT and business units on automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data flow

We are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
• 3–7 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
• High proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience implementing or migrating to new financial systems (Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Automate or similar AI Automation Tools)

Salary is open and competitive: $100,000 - $150,000 a year.
