Seeking a driven Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller for a fully remote, full-time salaried position, responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, and developing an understanding of clients' accounting operations. Key responsibilities: Process, record, and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and cash disbursements Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, supervising collections and reviewing fixed assets and taxes Prepare day-to-day and month-end close entries, including payroll administration and investment allocations Required qualifications: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 3 - 7 years of accounting or finance experience Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in an environment focused on excellence and client satisfaction Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that fosters personal and professional growth
