Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior Accountant, Florida Licensed, will support development and construction accounting functions remotely, managing complex project documentation and delivering accurate financial reporting in collaboration with management. Key responsibilities: Partner with management to deliver monthly and quarterly accounting and performance reports Prepare financial and administrative reports while maintaining detailed project files and archival processes Coordinate with various teams to ensure accuracy and synchronization of reporting across business systems Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or construction Strong working knowledge of Oracle and/or similar ERP/reporting systems Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
