Supporting accurate financial reporting, the full-time remote Accountant Associate will perform month-end and year-end close activities, prepare account reconciliations and journal entries, and assist with Medicare Part D premium billing operations. Key responsibilities Perform assigned month-end and year-end accounting close activities in accordance with established deadlines Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules while resolving reconciling items Assist with Medicare Part D premium billing operations and collaborate on process improvements and analysis projects Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Working knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial close processes Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
