Owning inventory and COGS accounting in NetSuite, the remote Senior Accountant - Inventory will manage monthly inventory rollforwards, reconcile physical inventory counts, and prepare key journal entries while collaborating with operations and finance teams. Key responsibilities Manage inventory accounting and COGS in NetSuite across various channels Lead monthly reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in inventory records Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory and COGS, supporting month-end close activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on inventory or cost accounting Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes Hands-on experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred Experience with imported inventory and landed cost accounting is strongly preferred
