To enhance operational efficiency and technology use, the full-time Senior Accountant with CPA License will identify process risks, drive initiatives to resolution, and oversee various accounting functions while collaborating cross-departmentally, primarily in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and technology, analyzing bottlenecks and stakeholder feedback Investigate improvement opportunities to determine root causes and support the development of scalable solutions Lead project management initiatives, tracking key aspects of solution implementation and ensuring timely completion Required qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Accounting required, with a Technology focus preferred Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting CPA license preferred Strong experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with Alteryx and Blackline auto-matching system preferred
