If you're excited to build your skills and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!How Will You Make a Difference?As an Accountant at ROI Revolution, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies, to support revenue calculations, manage technology driven billing workflows, and prepare accurate client invoices. You will gain hands on experience across a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Asset management, while building the skills needed for a successful accounting career. Additionally, you will spend about 20% of your time on meaningful business-related projects.What Will You Do?Participate in monthly client invoicing Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and manage revenue allocation across multiple servicesEnsure the proper accounting and reporting of employee's billable hours through our billing systemProcess accounts payable and maintain vendor accountsEnsure that receivables are collected promptly and receive customer paymentsReconcile bank and credit card statementsMaintain an orderly accounting filing systemServe as the company's Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reportsMaintain company's fixed assets schedules by classifying fixed assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals and completing property tax returnPrepare sales and use tax returns based on reporting requirementsParticipate in monthly and year-end accounting close cyclesIdentify opportunities to automate and improve processes that scale with the organization's growth.Complete ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by the Senior ControllerRequirementsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting with an anticipated graduation date no later than May 2027Available to work part-time (10 - 20 hours per week), following a transition to a full-time schedule upon graduationCumulative GPA of 3.4 or aboveEssential QualificationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelExperience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions, or a willingness and ability to learn them quicklyEmbodies ROI's core values and is willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment.This description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work of the job, not an exhaustive list.
